My tutoring lessons are fully tailored to each student’s needs. I start by giving them an exam paper or questions at their working level to identify their specific strengths and weaknesses. From this, I create a personalised list of topics to focus on, which varies depending on their level; whether they’re working at KS2, GCSE, or A Levels. During each lesson, we work through one topic at a time. I begin by clearly explaining the concept, then guide the student through example questions to build their understanding. After that, we tackle exam-style questions so they can apply their knowledge and develop strong exam technique. If a student needs extra practice, I provide additional work to help them improve further. I’m also always happy to support them with any questions or topics they bring to the lesson. I provide a structured lesson but have a flexible approach which helps students strengthen their skills, boost their confidence, and make steady, meaningful progress.
