My career guidance and motivational sessions are designed for secondary school and college students who need support, direction and confidence when making important decisions about their education and future careers.

I provide a friendly, structured and personalised approach, giving parents confidence that their child will receive practical guidance while encouraging students to take ownership of their choices. Every session begins by understanding the student’s interests, strengths, current situation, concerns and ambitions. Together, we identify clear goals and focus on the areas where support is needed most.

Sessions may include exploring GCSE and post-16 options, sixth form and college courses, apprenticeships, university pathways, career sectors and employment opportunities. I also provide support with CV writing, applications, interview preparation, employability skills, goal-setting and preparation for the world of work.

My sessions are interactive rather than lecture-based. I use supportive discussions, career research, practical exercises, motivational activities and action planning to help students understand their options and make informed decisions. Students are encouraged to ask questions, explore different possibilities and develop greater confidence in their abilities.

I have practical experience supporting young people within a secondary school environment, including conducting one-to-one career guidance interviews and helping students explore education, training and employment pathways.

My aim is to help every student recognise their potential, develop motivation and make realistic, informed choices. Each session concludes with clear and achievable next steps, giving students a practical action plan and helping parents understand how their child can continue progressing towards future goals with greater confidence and independence.
