Hello!
For those that are interested, the content of my lessons will depend on the level of proficiency my students hold. I will adapt the format of my lessons to one that best fits the needs of those learning the language as everyone works at different levels. I would like the one learning the language to be fully involved in the way the lessons will be taught which will be discussed at the time of the first session. I will use the first session to discuss what way of learning they prefer and will do a few tests to find out what level they are at with the language so I can best prepare my lessons for them. when I was teaching a year 11 student last year, I often asked random questions related to the topic in the middle of the sessions. what this does is help them recall the information much better. I will specifically target questions that they find harder. sometimes, I may ask questions right at the start of each lesson to see how much information they retained from the last session and change if anything isn't helping them.
