My teaching style is calm, empathetic, and student-centred. I focus on understanding how each learner thinks and learns best, so I can adapt my approach to their needs. Having worked with children, young people, and adults for over five years in India and the UK, I’ve supported learners in building confidence, emotional awareness, and better study management habits across different subjects.

I offer lessons in English as a Foreign Language, Emotional Intelligence, Career Guidance, ADHD Support, Study Techniques, and After-School Tuition. My background includes a British Council ESL training certification, two master’s degrees in Education, and experience supporting neurodivergent students in both school and university settings.

My lessons are interactive and reflective. I use activities, dialogue, and creative exercises to make learning engaging and meaningful. For academic subjects, I help students understand concepts clearly and develop independent learning strategies. For well-being-focused sessions, such as emotional intelligence or ADHD support, I focus on self-awareness, motivation, and tangible practical tools for managing focus and overwhelm.

Whether we’re working on homework, English speaking skills, or study planning, I aim to create a supportive space where students feel comfortable expressing themselves and making mistakes. I offer online lessons and in-person sessions in West London.

My goal is to help every learner feel capable, understood, and proud of their progress, not just in schoolwork, but in how they approach learning and life.
