My lessons are tailored and personalised to each students aiming to target weak areas in which they show as well as to work with their strengths and identify what they flourish or struggle with. Teaching methods vary from each student, however, I like to keep a friendly atmosphere in which the student is able to reply and answer comfortably without feeling embarrassed nor stressed which allows a healthy work environment for the student to succeed in. Furthermore, students can be taught to speak English at a casual level in which they are able to shorten phrases and use idioms as a native English speaker would.

In terms of experience, I was part of a Reader Leader programme in which develop the reading skills and vocabulary knowledge in students who were from KS3, which highlights my ability to work with young children and also my ability to teach and show results in students I work with. Furthermore, I took part in work experience in a school with young children, where I helped them develop on their weak areas and teach them new content which they familiarised very quickly and was able to understand with ease.

While I teach students at a high quality, I also expect students to respond to this by taking part in activities or exercises I may give in order to stimulate recall and practice which is essential for remembering information as well as strengthening knowledge independently. Through these lessons and extra work, students will be able to prosper in no time!
