I plan my GCSE Maths lessons so that they are clear, interesting, and help students feel good about themselves. At the start of each session, I give a brief 10-minute overview of the topic, going over important ideas, formulas, and how they relate to real exam questions. This helps students see why each topic is important and what examiners want. Next, I give you a guided walkthrough with worked examples, where we work through problems together one step at a time. At this point, I tell my students to ask questions whenever they want so we can clear up any confusion right away. I give students independent practice questions that get harder as they go along after they have gained confidence. This lets them use what they have learnt. At the end of the lesson, I give a short quiz or a set of quick questions to check for understanding and reinforce important points. This interactive method keeps lessons interesting and makes sure that students are always making progress. I send a brief summary of the lesson and a small amount of homework after each session to help students remember what they learnt and keep track of their progress. I have worked as a tutor for GCSE Maths students of all levels, and I have helped them go from being unsure to getting good grades. My method focusses on teaching students how to build strong foundations, do well on tests, and solve problems. I do this in a supportive and easy-to-follow way that fits each student's pace and goals.
