Henry Okorie

Hello! I’m Henry Okorie, a passionate and experienced Mathematics tutor with over 7 years of teaching experience in both classroom and online settings. I hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics Education, a TRCN teaching license, and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

My lessons are interactive, practical, and student-centered. I believe every learner can enjoy and succeed in Mathematics when concepts are explained clearly and connected to real-life situations.

In each session, I begin with a short review or diagnostic activity to identify the learner’s needs. I then introduce new topics step by step, using clear explanations, examples, and guided practice. Students are encouraged to solve problems, ask questions, and explain their reasoning, helping them gain both confidence and understanding.

I use digital tools like Zoom, OpenBoard, Moodle, and Kahoot to make learning engaging and fun. My students love how each lesson combines explanation, interaction, and instant feedback.
