Hi, I work online to help you feel confident and able to cope with the stresses of school, college, university and exams. You know when everything feels too much, you are overwhelmed, there is so much to do that you just don't know where to start. Your heart races, your brain feels foggy sometimes and others like it just won't stop going round and round and you feel sick with the worry of all you have to do.
I stop this feeling. I allow you to breathe, plan, organise, and start to believe in yourself again. You will feel calm and in control of your life and studies. You will be happy and look forward to all you can do whilst taking the pressure off yourself. We will set realistic goals and you will feel confident in achieving them. You will learn tools to cope when you feel under pressure and stress starts to build and you will also be able to accept that not everything always goes to plan, but that is ok, you will be ok and still able to move forward.
