The Lesson Format: "Assess, Address, Apply"
Every session is designed to be interactive and goal-oriented:
Assess: We start by reviewing the previous week’s "pain points" or school assessments to ensure no misconceptions are carried forward.
Address: I use a digital whiteboard and visual aids to break down complex processes—from the intricacies of cellular respiration at A-Level to the fundamentals of energy at KS3.
Apply: We finish every session by applying what we've learned to real exam questions. I teach you how to decipher what the examiner is actually asking for.
I believe science is most accessible when it’s connected to the real world. My lessons are:l

Having taught GCSE, A-Level Biology, and BTEC Applied Science (Levels 2 and 3), I have a "bird’s-eye view" of the curriculum.
For GCSE Students I know exactly what knowledge you need to bridge the gap between grades and A Level.
For BTEC Students I understand the specific rigours of assignment writing and the vocational application of science.
For A-Level Students I focus heavily on the precise terminology required to secure marks in those notoriously difficult mark schemes.
