I've never taught in my life, nor do I claim to have been trained in educating, but if you need my advice, I've been writing creatively non stop for eight years and I'll tell you where you can improve.

Grammar is a must. Use that punctuation, run on sentences will be a thing of the past!
Did you know you can draw inspiration from literally anything in the world? Writing is a personal passion that has to come from the heart. If you don't believe you can write it, you won't. You c a n write it, you just have to prove it to yourself, and sometimes it takes an in depth analysis of your writing style to learn that!
In fiction there are no wrong answers, as long as you can explain why you've taken the narrative in that direction.
