I have been teaching English for over 12 years, across all age groups. I like to keep lessons light and easy, and encourage a free-flow attitude, to keep conversations interesting and fun for students. I have a history in moderating focus groups and individual interviews. This has also given me the skills to teach different levels of English, and to meet the specific needs of each student, depending on whether they want to improve grammar, gain confidence in conversational English, or focus specifically on a topic that they are interested in.

I love learning more about people, what they like and what their interests are, all while helping them learn something new. Some people want specific grammar training, others just to have interesting conversations, or for businesses I can cover specific topics and subjects, depending on the industry sector. Being flexible to cover whatever students' individual needs are is crucial for me. This is how people learn and remember what they are taught, as it is all in a context relevant to them specifically. All while having fun in a relaxed environment.

I teach all my lessons online, usually through Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. And I have also taught online lessons with children as young as 10 years old. I am also familiar with using multiple teaching aids and resources that I share with students. And I can work flexible hours, depending on when students are available or what suits them best.
