When teaching or tutoring it is vitally important to ‘know your learner’, that’s why, my first meeting is usually a get to know you session. Learning about a persons preferred learning pathway, or what they struggle with etc are areas that need to be addressed to enable effective teaching and learning to take place.

Learning shouldn’t be mundane or in anyway negative, education should be fun and something that engages the learner and inspires them to develop further. Education is a key to a bright way forward.
