My lessons are structured but flexible, designed around each student’s needs. At the start, I’ll take time to understand how you learn best and which areas you find most challenging. From there, I’ll create a clear plan that focuses on strengthening your foundations, building confidence, and then pushing you to tackle more complex problems.

In each session, I like to begin with a quick review of previous material to make sure it has fully “stuck.” Then we move into focused practice on key topics, working through problems step by step. I encourage lots of interaction — asking questions, exploring different methods, and making sure you understand not just what the answer is, but why it works.

Having previously tutored during my A-levels, I know the value of clear explanations and a supportive approach. With my background as a first-class Master’s educated engineer, I bring both deep subject knowledge and the discipline to help you unlock your potential. By the end of our lessons, my aim is for you to feel more confident, independent, and capable in your maths.
