I bring a background in psychology, leadership, and wellbeing, with experience supporting people through self-doubt, overwhelm, and change. Sessions are gently structured but flexible, usually starting with a check-in before moving into reflection, discussion, and practical tools students can use day to day.
Topics often include confidence-building, managing stress, emotional regulation, people-pleasing patterns, and gaining clarity around goals or next steps. My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative, adapting the pace and focus to suit each student.
The aim of my lessons is to help students feel more settled in themselves, develop self-awareness, and move forward with greater clarity and self-belief.
