My lessons consist of:
- review and recap
- explanation of methods
- practice questions accumulated by me
- practice worksheets
- looking at SAT paper questions
- going through SAT paper as a whole.

Starting of the lesson, I may give you random math questions to try to check your understanding of school content or content I may have already taught you. Recap what we may have learnt the previous lesson.

Then, I will explain the approach to math questions, clear any confusion and answer question! If you don’t know the content, that’s fine. It means we will be going on a new adventure! Quite exciting and fun!

Once we go through the methods, I will provide my own question. I might make them up on the spot or already have them pre prepared, i will then let you do the questions by yourself and we will go through and correct the work.

Afterwards, I will give you a worksheet to do and we will go through the answer.

I may set the worksheets as homework sometimes or it could be a SAT paper.

We won’t go through SAT papers every lesson but I may bring up SAT question that suit what you learnt recently and accumulate my own SAT test for you. OR I give you a SAT paper to do as homework and we would spend a lesson going over the paper.

By doing this I can ensure that you’re understanding what is being taught as well as it allows me to know what topics I will need to focus on teaching you or polishing skills in.
