I take a calm, patient and encouraging approach to tutoring, creating a supportive environment where students feel safe to ask questions and make mistakes. Having been through my own personal journey of learning how to learn, I understand that confidence and mindset are just as important as subject knowledge.
My lessons focus on building strong foundations and clear understanding, rather than rote memorisation. I break down complex concepts into manageable steps, adapt explanations to suit each student’s learning style, and regularly check understanding to ensure progress is secure. I aim to help students not only improve their grades, but also develop the confidence and independent thinking skills they need to succeed in exams and beyond.
