My learning support sessions are fully client-centred, designed to help you build clarity, confidence, and a calmer approach to your studies. I begin by getting to know your goals, challenges, and what feels overwhelming or unclear. This helps me understand what you need most, whether that’s guidance with organisation, study strategies, communication skills, or simply having someone to support you through your workload.
Each session is tailored around you. I provide structure when things feel scattered, simplify tasks that seem too big, and help you break goals into manageable steps. My role is not to take over, but to guide you so you feel more in control, less stressed, and more confident in your abilities.
Using skills from my psychology and counselling background, I focus on active listening, supportive communication, and creating a space where you can talk openly without pressure. Together, we explore what’s working, what isn’t, and what approaches fit your learning style and pace.
My aim is to help you feel supported and understand yourself as a learner, build resilience, and reduce the anxiety that often comes with academic demands. Over time, you gain practical tools and stronger self-belief, making your studies feel more manageable and achievable.
