I am a current A Level students studying Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I have prior experience with tutoring and have aided many positive outcomes for students. I achieved a grade 8 in maths so have a strong understanding of the subject. My first lesson would consist of betting to know the student and getting them comfortable. I wiukd then identify any specific areas that they need help in and we would work on that. This way, the student is always aware of what’s happening in the lesson but also allows them to receive the maximum benefits. I would also ask how the student would prefer to learn, either me going through PowerPoints, textbooks, or exam questions.
