To help students I create personalised plans for each lesson going over all their topics and making sure we go from the basics to the higher advanced topics. I make sure to understand their abilities helping them whether it takes five minutes or even if it takes two lessons. As long as students understand what they are doing they should understand their work. Gcse exams are quite important as they are questioned by everyone wherever they go whether they go college or apply for their future job. This means it is essential students know what they are doing going into detail making sure they understand what they are doing beginning by going over their topics to expanding to past papers making sure they achieve all the grades whether it is grade 5 or whether it is a grade 9. I want to make sure they achieve their potential making sure they can get the highest grades ever. This can mean they can achieve the best grades possible. But alongside being a tutor there are many other responsibilities such as making sure the students are ok, they don't have any issues in any other topics or even in general mental health. Due to the stress of exams many students under perform due to poor mental health stress or anxiety therefore as a tutor it is my job to make sure they are ok and have no issues so they can succeed and be happy giving the best on their exams with higher grades
