My lessons are calm and steady, built around helping GCSE Science feel less confusing and more approachable. I usually start by asking what the student feels confident about and what they want help with that day. From there, we move through the topic in small, clear steps. I use short explanations, simple examples, and questions we can work through together so the student never feels lost.

If something feels tricky, I slow down and find another way to explain it. If the student understands it quickly, we build on it so their confidence grows. I like keeping the lessons flexible, because everyone learns differently and at their own pace.
My experience helping younger pupils back in primary school taught me how important patience and clear communication are. I learned how to listen, how to break things down, and how to make someone feel supported rather than rushed. That still shapes how I teach now.
Overall, my lessons are friendly, structured, and focused on making the student feel prepared, capable, and confident in their science work.
