My lessons are held online and are designed to be supportive, practical, and focused on real progress. I work in a structured but flexible way, so each session responds to the student’s actual situation while still following a clear process.
At the beginning of each lesson, we take a few minutes to check in. We talk about how the student is feeling, what their current state is, and how they are arriving to the session mentally and physically. I find this very important, because students often need first to feel present, calm, and connected before they can think clearly or move forward. I also use simple tools and short exercises to increase energy, focus, and presence in the body, so the student can feel stronger and more prepared for the session.
The second part of the lesson is about understanding the challenge. We explore together what the issue really is, whether it is motivation, focus, self-confidence, study pressure, exam preparation, decision-making, or a personal difficulty connected to school or life. I help students look at the situation from different points of view so they can better understand what is happening and what is needed.
The final part of the lesson is focused on strategy and action. Together we identify practical next steps and create a way forward until the next meeting. This can also include support for concrete academic challenges, such as homework, exams, study habits, or managing responsibilities in a more effective way.
Alongside individual online sessions, I also like to keep a light connection between meetings through short daily exercises or check-ins. This helps students stay engaged, supported, and in motion even on the days when we do not meet live.
My experience includes individual work with children, students, and adults, as well as coaching and facilitation with teams and companies. In all cases, my goal is the same: to help people gain clarity, confidence, and a practical path forward.
