Every student learns differently, so I shape each lesson around the person in front of me. I’ll start by finding out what they’re working towards, which topics feel difficult and how they prefer to learn. We might talk through an idea, sketch a diagram, use a real-life example or tackle practice questions together. I’ll adapt as we go, so the lesson feels clear, useful and at the right pace.

Rather than just giving answers, I help students work out how to reach them. We’ll finish by reviewing what’s clicked, what still needs practice and what to focus on next. For exam preparation, I can also tailor sessions to the student’s exam board and the kinds of questions they find challenging.
