My sessions are designed to support learners in building confidence, motivation, and healthy study habits that make learning feel more manageable and less overwhelming. I create a calm, encouraging space where learners can talk openly about their challenges, explore what helps them stay focused, and develop practical strategies they can use straight away.
Every student is different, so I adapt each session to their needs. Some learners want help with organisation and time management; others need support with stress, procrastination, or setting healthy boundaries around schoolwork. Many simply need someone who listens without judgement and helps them make sense of what they’re experiencing. My role is to enable students to understand their strengths, recognise what gets in their way, and build routines that support both academic progress and personal wellbeing.
I draw on nearly twenty years of experience in higher education, student success, and motivation research. I have supported thousands of learners in developing effective study techniques, strengthening their mindset, and navigating the pressures of school, university, and early career decisions. I also have extensive experience supporting students through key transitions, including providing real-life learning opportunities and working closely with apprentices as they move between education and the workplace. My approach blends reflective conversation, simple evidence-based tools, and gentle accountability to help students feel more organised, capable, and in control of their learning.
Sessions are fully online, though I am happy to commute to locations that are easy to reach. They are flexible and designed to meet students where they are. Whether someone is preparing for university, struggling with motivation, or simply wanting to feel more confident in their daily routines, I offer supportive, practical guidance that helps them move forward with clarity and self-belief.
