I am a professional chef with over a decade of international experience, having worked in Europe, Africa, and Asia as an Executive Chef, Culinary Instructor, and Private Chef. Over the years, I’ve led workshops for complete beginners, trained professional chefs, and taught passionate home cooks how to take their skills to the next level. Teaching has become my favourite part of my career — nothing compares to the moment a student gains confidence and pride in what they’ve created.
My lessons are firm but fun. I’ll guide you to do things the right way, ensuring you understand the “why” behind every step, but I’ll also make sure we enjoy the process. Expect a warm, supportive atmosphere where questions are encouraged, creativity is celebrated, and mistakes are treated as part of the learning journey.
Every class is tailored to you. We can start with the basics — knife skills, cooking techniques, and simple, healthy meals — or dive into more advanced topics like fermentation, world cuisines, elegant plating, and menu planning. I bring inspiration from my work in boutique hotels, Michelin-level restaurants, and private events, combining professional standards with practical tips you can use in everyday cooking.
Our sessions are interactive and hands-on, even online. I’ll demonstrate techniques, cook alongside you when possible, and give clear, step-by-step guidance. By the end of each lesson, you’ll walk away with new skills, fresh ideas, and the confidence to recreate the dishes on your own.
