Gonzalo Larrabure

Hi there! I'm a PhD student at Imperial College with a BEng in Chemical Engineering. I have over eight years of experience tutoring maths and science courses (chemistry, physics, and thermodynamics). I am happy to deliver tutoring sessions in person or online, in English or Spanish! Based in West London.

I have experience teaching students from different levels and backgrounds. I have given lessons to children as young as 10 years old and to engineering university students.

In terms of the format of the sessions, I typically start by asking what the student is wishing to learn during the session, in order to tailor it to their specific needs. After this, I like to use a problem-based approach to teaching, where we identify any difficulties and target them as soon as they are spotted!
