I have about 17 years of experience as a counselor/psychotherapist. Eleven of those years have been in private practice where I specialize in working primarily with women utilizing a mindfulness and holistic approach to counseling. I incorporate experiential, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral and spiritual approaches to my counseling. I also am an approved clinical supervisor who has provided clinical supervision for therapists in pursuit of their license. I am comfortable tutoring for basic psychology, counseling psychology, mindfulness psychology, and experiential/person-centered/insight oriented therapies.
