Hi, I’m Gill, young person confidence and resilience coach, wife and mum.
I’m here to help you feel more confident, less stressed, and more in control of your schoolwork and everyday challenges. I’ve been a teacher for over 16 years, working with young people in the UK and abroad, and now I coach students online to build skills that really make a difference.
In our sessions, you’ll always start with a quick check-in, so I know how you’re doing that day. Then we’ll dive into activities that are practical and useful — things like finding study strategies that actually work for you, boosting your confidence in tricky situations, or practising ways to stay calm when things feel overwhelming. We finish with a clear takeaway, so you leave knowing exactly what to try out before we meet again.
Sessions are online, which makes it super easy to fit around school and life. They’re interactive, supportive, and tailored to you — no boring lectures, no one-size-fits-all plans.
I believe every young person has strengths, even if you don’t see them yet. My job is to help you discover yours, give you tools you can use right away, and show you that you’re more capable than you think.
