My lessons are structured, interactive, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I begin by understanding the student’s current level, their goals, and the areas they find most challenging. From there, I design lessons that focus on building strong fundamentals while also developing confidence and independent problem-solving skills.

For English, my lessons focus on improving reading comprehension, writing clarity, grammar, and vocabulary. I like to use a mix of practice exercises, discussions, and short writing tasks to help students express their ideas clearly and effectively.

For basic maths, I emphasise understanding concepts rather than memorising procedures. I break down problems step-by-step and guide students through examples before giving them practice questions to reinforce what they’ve learned.

For IBDP Economics, my lessons focus on understanding key economic concepts, applying them to real-world examples, and developing strong exam techniques. I help students practice structured answers, diagrams, and evaluation skills that are essential for IB exams.

Lessons are typically interactive, where students are encouraged to ask questions and actively participate. I also provide practice questions, feedback, and study tips to help students continue improving outside the lesson.

Overall, my goal as a tutor is to make learning clear, engaging, and supportive so that students not only improve their grades but also gain confidence in their abilities.
