I have been teaching for over 40 years and worked as a private tutor for 30 years as an extra job. I developed a good relationship with every student and found this technique was very successful. Students who need a lot of support and encouragement will respond to the teacher who uses such techniques and works very hard for them to achieve the desired results they need.
