I am able to be flexible in my lessons, so I'm happy to spend some time with my students to figure out how they learn best and adapt my technique via feedback. I feel most learning takes place through the discussion of ideas and sharing of stories, so a lot of my lessons will be discussion based or involve mind-mapping skills. However I'm aware some students learn better through statistical data and directed instruction, so I am happy to adjust my lessons. I am patient and flexible, and more than happy to spend extended time going through topics which students find a bit more difficult. I have a good understanding of exam mark schemes and happy to focus lessons around attaining better exam grades.
