Growing up I was the quietest child in the room, to the point where I struggled to engage with anyone out of anxiety. Out of desperation my parents enrolled me into theatre classes in an attempt to bring me out of my shell. One class in and just like that, I was hooked. Theatre became my weekly outlet to have my voice heard, to have space in the room to explore and to figure out who I was. I then went on to study theatre in London, I underwent 3 years of rigorous acting training at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and I have since had a career as a stage & screen actor. In those 3 years I learnt the craft of voice. Your voice has the ability to demand authority, to engage, to reassure, to sell. Your voice is an instrument that can be refined and learning how to best use for voice can elevate your ability to communicate in every aspect of life.
Learning how to use my voice has changed every aspect of my life. It has allowed me to be confident in myself, to speak eloquently with anyone and everyone and have the confidence to push myself.
I now want to share what I have learnt over the years to empower my students and to give them the confidence to change their lives. If you are an introvert, struggle in social situations or are nervous when meeting new people or presenting to a crowd, please do get in touch. It's a learnable skill and I'd love to help you out in your journey.
