My lessons are designed to be supportive, structured, and fully tailored to each student’s individual goals and level. As a native English speaker currently studying Mathematics and Engineering Mathematics at the University of Bristol, I am confident in breaking down complex ideas into clear, simple explanations that are easy to understand and apply.

Each lesson typically begins with a short conversation or warm-up activity to help build confidence and get comfortable using English naturally. From there, we focus on a key area depending on your needs—this could include speaking practice, grammar, vocabulary development, pronunciation, reading comprehension, or exam preparation. I aim to make lessons interactive and practical, encouraging students to actively use English rather than just passively learn rules.

A key part of my teaching style is adaptability. No two students learn in the same way, so I adjust my approach depending on your strengths, weaknesses, and learning preferences. I focus on creating an environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, as this is one of the most effective ways to improve language skills.

I also bring personal insight into language learning, having studied German at A-Level. This experience gave me a strong understanding of the challenges involved in learning a new language, from building vocabulary to developing fluency and confidence. It also helped me develop patience and an intuitive approach to explaining language concepts in a way that makes sense to learners.
