I offer one-to-one guitar and songwriting lessons for students of all ages and abilities, both in person and online via Zoom. Whether you're a complete beginner picking up an instrument for the first time, an intermediate player looking to improve your technique, or an experienced musician wanting to develop your songwriting and musical understanding, lessons are tailored specifically to you.

My approach to teaching is simple: every student is different. I believe people learn best when they're engaged, inspired, and enjoying the process. That's why I build every lesson around your goals, interests, and the music you love.

Whether you want to learn your favourite songs, master a particular guitar solo, improve your improvisation, write original music, or gain a deeper understanding of music theory, I will create lessons that help you achieve your goals while keeping the experience enjoyable and rewarding.

Lessons can cover a wide range of styles, including rock, pop, blues, folk, indie, and acoustic music, as well as essential skills such as ear training, rhythm development, fretboard knowledge, and performance confidence. I aim to create a relaxed, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, exploring new ideas, and progressing at their own pace. My goal is not only to help you become a better musician but also to develop a lasting enjoyment and appreciation of music that continues long after each lesson ends.

I also encourage creativity, independent practice, and musical confidence, helping students develop the skills and motivation needed to continue learning, performing, and enjoying music beyond the lesson room.
