In my lessons I will ask about it you have any experience in boxing, if you are a complete beginner I will first show you your boxing positions and stamp, footwork including going backwards and forwards, left to right, and moving around in a circle, then i will show you the correct hand positions , then i go through how to throw a punch correctly, at that point I will take you on the pads teaching basic combinations , I then go through everything you have learned , by the end of your first lesson you will be able to a good stance and will be able to move backwards and forwards, left and right whilst do basic combinations, at the end of the session we do a circuit that’s is catered for you
