From differentiating instruction, providing individual and whole group support, integrating multicultural teaching units, using instructional strategies that are sensitive to the students unique learning styles, I have been able to successfully deliver lectures and prepare students for ESL exams.I have also developed lesson plans that complied with both the school and state standards, managed classroom behaviour and consistently improved test scores by over 70 percent from the beginning of the school year to the end of the year.I am adept at teaching students within the K-12 age group, and college students in improving their written and verbal communication skills. I am an empathetic and creative teacher with excellent written and verbal communication skills. I am proficient in the use of tech-based educational teaching tools such as Moodle, Zoom, Google Classroom, PowerPoint,etc.
