First Session: We'll chat about your goals, challenges, and what success looks like for you. This isn't interrogation – it's a conversation where I get to know you as a person, not just a student. We'll identify any blocks (whether that's confidence, organization, perfectionism, or something else) and create a plan that actually works for your life.
Ongoing Sessions: Each lesson is tailored to what you need that week. Sometimes we'll tackle specific subject content, other times we'll focus on study skills, time management, or dealing with exam stress. I use a mix of explanation, practice, real-world examples, and practical tools you can use independently.
My Approach: I draw on 10+ years of teaching experience, including working with students who struggle in traditional classrooms. I also bring mindfulness and wellbeing coaching into sessions – helping you manage anxiety, build confidence, and develop resilience. My background includes achieving the highest A Level results in my school by focusing on student wellbeing alongside academic content.
