My lessons are structured, engaging and fully tailored to each student’s individual needs and goals. I focus primarily on improving English language skills, including grammar, reading comprehension, essay writing and overall communication confidence. Each session is designed to be clear and supportive, ensuring students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their learning.
I typically begin by identifying the student’s current level and any specific areas they find challenging. From there, I create a personalised learning approach that combines explanation, guided practice, and independent exercises. I believe that understanding comes from both clear teaching and consistent practice, so I make sure each lesson includes opportunities for students to apply what they have learned in a practical way.
My teaching style is patient, calm and adaptable. I adjust the pace and method of explanation depending on how the student learns best, whether they prefer visual examples, step-by-step breakdowns, or discussion-based learning. I also provide regular feedback to help students track their progress and build confidence over time.
Although I am at the beginning of my formal tutoring journey, I bring strong communication skills developed through my Law degree at the University of Warwick, alongside extensive experience in customer-facing roles and teamwork environments. These experiences have strengthened my ability to explain complex ideas clearly and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Overall, my goal is to help students not only improve their English skills, but also feel more confident and capable in their academic abilities.
