I have worked in education for the past 15 years and draw on my experience as a 1:1 support assistant and as a lecturer to develop differentiated and individualised work and programmes. I have worked in education for the past 15 years and draw on my experience as a 1:1 support assistant and as a lecturer to develop differentiated and individualised work and programmes. I like to start each session with a check in and to outline what we will be covering. The lesson will then involve discussions between us and delve into the topics. The focus is your learning so I want you to talk lots and ask questions and share ideas. We will work towards a defined goal and track our progress as we go.
