Research and Analysis – I have the ability to collect and assess research materials quickly and effectively. I have excellent social analytical skills, with particular experience in gender and social exclusion analysis. I have excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

Practical Project Development and Implementation – I am experienced in the application of analytical skills to develop and implement projects and programmes in a wide range of sectors and contexts. I am very experienced at team working and have considerable experience of working with different partners and stakeholders, from communities to local and national governments.

Monitoring, Review and Evaluation – I am very skilled in the identification, development and use of monitoring and review systems. I have the ability to analyse current situations, to identify indicators and to collect and analyse data to assess progress. I have extensive experience of the management, implementation and assessment of both small and complex reviews and evaluations.
