My coaching sessions are built around one simple but important idea: every young person has the potential to thrive, sometimes they just need the right support to get there.
I offer one to one online coaching sessions tailored entirely to the individual student. Whether a young person is struggling with academic stress, lacking motivation, finding it hard to stay organised, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I work with them at their own pace to identify what is holding them back and build a clear path forward.
My sessions are relaxed, non-judgmental and conversational. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach, every student is different, and my coaching reflects that. In a typical session we might work on setting realistic personal goals, developing better study habits, managing time more effectively, or simply building the confidence to believe in themselves.
I draw on over 10 years of hands-on experience working in secondary schools in Coventry, where I supported hundreds of young people facing a wide range of challenges, from disengagement and low confidence to complex emotional and social difficulties. I have worked closely with families, teachers and external agencies, so I understand the pressures students face from every angle.
I use restorative and trauma informed techniques, always focusing on strengths rather than shortcomings. My goal in every session is for the student to leave feeling clearer, calmer and more confident than when they arrived.
