Finlay Walsh

Your lessons will be interactive and engaging. The two things I promise is that you won’t ever be bored, and I won’t just tell you the answers. My teaching style will involve me being quite active and I will guide you towards the correct answer, as I have found this has a higher success rate. We will mostly be covering AQA and Edexel content but if your school uses a different exam board I will accommodate. I myself have ADHD, so I need to upbeat not just for you, but for myself. The lessons will never include you having to watch a video, and I will never give out homework. I will give out optional reading for after the session to try and help you better understand what I have said. I will also help with homework and other revision tasks that have been set. I got a B in Maths (although I should have gotten higher, I didn’t sit my exams thanks to COVID) so I have an amazing understanding of history and the types of questions that will come up. I’m new and hungry to prove myself and that’s why my lessons are £10. I also want to make these lessons accessible to those who don’t have a lot to spare. I believe if 15 year old Fin had 22 year old Fin to learn off of then he would’ve gotten an A*. If you put your trust me in and let my non conforming methods take place then I guarantee you will improve!
