I like to ensure that my lessons are as fun and as interactive as possible! Lots of quizzes and activities that we can work on together to ensure that we are making the most of our learning time! I do not believe that just relaying the information to you is effective, I encourage questions and conversation to get the dynamic flowing. I will always look towards your strongest points and those that need working on slightly more, to be certain that I am motivating you to perfect all your areas. I believe using images and examples is a very effective way of showing how we can go about something. We will look at example work and any relevant sources that we can find to support our learning. As I said before, interactivity is what I like to prioritise most. So, my lessons will always involve an active section where we put to work what we have learnt and discuss any feedback moving forward. I would like my students to be as involved as possible in their learning journey, as I believe that this is the only way to make the most of what we are being offered. Of course, I will always tailor my teaching to each student, as I believe it is only fair that everyone is taught in the way that works best for them. So, if you find that note taking is the way forward for you, I will lean into this further for your benefit during our teaching time.
