I am a qualified English teacher in the UK. I have experience working as a school teacher in India. I can speak Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi apart from English. My lessons focus on building on student's previous knowledge. Each student has a unique learning style. I adapt my lessons to suit the needs of students and what fits best for them. I like to make use of videos to make the lessons lively and easy to grasp. Regular revision and quizzes are a part of my teaching strategies. It helps me to design my future lessons. My students love quick questions at the start or the end of lessons. They say 'it gives a little knock' on their memory and helps to remember the content for a long time. Along with this, my lessons have friendly tests. Nothing to worry about, it helps to know which areas need practice and attention. I am excited to meet new students and looking forward to know them better.
