I am able to work with various students all with different learning needs and levels, my previous job and CELTA qualification has enhanced my organisational skills and the ability to think on the spot and adapt to any setting. I have good knowledge of teaching English language. I have supported students in classes and offered my assistance to lectures. I would love the opportunity to construct an imaginative and creative way of learning, monitor students by setting them realistic targets and work with other staff members and share ideas. I am up to date with appropriate technological developments, and I can easily adapt this knowledge and understanding to the appropriate allocated teaching. I am a committed individual and I have shown this with my previous and current work, I make sure that learners leave their lesson with a good understanding, and if students need extra support, I automatically give them my assistance. I am able to take in material and devise a plan to suit all learners. I am able to interact well with students from a range of learning backgrounds with varying study and literacy skills. I have the awareness and understand equal opportunities. I have good knowledge of ICT, and I am able to set SMART targets; which I have set for my students. My bubbly personality enables me to work well with staff and students and most importantly I am able to work using me own initiative with minimum supervision. I work well under pressure and my exceptional organisational skills have aided me to never miss a deadline.
