As a former finance executive with extensive practical experience and an MRes graduate in Islamic finance from the University of Greater Manchester, I believe I offer a distinctive blend of academic insight and professional financial expertise that aligns perfectly with the requirements of this role.

Having completed my MRes in Islamic Finance at the university, I developed a strong understanding of ethical financial frameworks, compliance standards, and detailed financial analysis. My time as a student deepened my appreciation for the university’s commitment to academic excellence and operational integrity.

My background has equipped me with strong proficiency in financial software (including SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel), attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion. Moreover, my postgraduate studies in Islamic finance have given me a unique perspective on risk-sharing, ethical investment, and transparent financial operations – values that resonate with the university’s public sector ethos.
