I have an English teaching experience more than 4 years. I used to set up my class in condusive and well prepared situation. I deliver lessons by teacher centered method and combine with students' responses. I build engagement during learning with my students to create warm and friendly environment. I believe by focusing engagement and psychological aspect, students will feel more comfort and easier to comprehend the lessons. I suggest my students to relate the lessons with real situations in their daily activities in order to reach students' awareness that lessons in class are not just theories.
