Evie has found that encouraging a structured and regular practice at home, if possible with the help of a parent or guardian, is the best way to reach goals and feel confident while playing. Most of all, she encourages students to be open-minded, inquisitive, and ready to listen to a variety of music! Evie is always ready to cater specifically to the needs and interests of the student, and to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. In lessons, she will cover sight-reading, exam preparation, music theory, focused technique, improvisation, standard repertoire, and any music the student may wish to explore on their instrument.
