Evans Konadu

Hello, I am Evans Konadu, a mathematics teacher with a diploma in basic education and a BSc in mathematics education. I have over five years of teaching experience in various levels and settings. I am passionate about helping students learn and enjoy mathematics in a fun and engaging way.

My lessons are based on the child-centred teaching approach, which means that I focus on the needs, interests and abilities of each student. I use different methods and strategies to make the lessons interactive, relevant and meaningful. For example, I use games, puzzles, quizzes, experiments, projects, videos and real-life examples to illustrate mathematical concepts and skills. I also use cooperative learning, peer tutoring, group work and discussions to encourage students to collaborate, communicate and share their ideas and solutions.

My lessons are also aligned with the curriculum standards and objectives. I follow a clear and logical sequence of topics and activities that build on the previous knowledge and skills of the students. I also use formative and summative assessments to monitor the progress and achievement of the students. I provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their learning outcomes.

My lessons are designed to cater for different learning styles and preferences of the students. I use various resources and materials to support the visual, auditory and kinesthetic learners. I also differentiate the instruction and tasks according to the level of difficulty and complexity to challenge the high achievers and support the low achievers.
