I went to Silwood School of Cookery and got my certifications. I've loved cooking and baking since I was little, and I decided to go study it and now I want to teach others and hopefully get them as excited and passionate as I am.

I like teaching in a calm environment. I like to keep things organized and sometimes color coordinated. I think everyone should learn the basics of cooking and baking as its just one of those things that you don't really think about as a skill or of much use, but I think it's an important thing to learn. And better to do it as soon as you can.

We will do some work online for theory purposes, but I am very big on practical work as well and I know it won't be easy for some people, but we start off small at first and work our way up. I will give you some of my recipes you can use to practice, and you can try your hand at making some recipes according to your taste and preference.
