Hi, I'm Eva, a student at the University of Warwick in England and a passionate and dedicated tutor with a strong background in economics and mathematics.
I believe learning should be engaging, personalised, and tailored to each student's unique strengths and challenges. I plan on bringing fresh and relatable real-world insights into my teaching, making complex concepts more relatable and interesting. My experience in tutoring alongside my academic persists has taught me how to communicate complex ideas effectively and adapt to new challenges. These are skills I now use to help students learn in a way that suits them. I am most familiar with GCSE and A Level curriculums and students aged 10-18 who need a new perspective on their studies of Mathematics or Economics.
I love economics and mathematics because it helps us understand the real world in new and exciting ways. I aim to make building up their knowledge less overwhelming and more engaging, so my students realise that learning new things is not so bad! I understand what my students are going through when they feel left behind, and I will make tailored learning plans to meet your targets. It is my goal is to create a supportive and inspiring learning environment where students feel comfortable and confident to ask questions, challenge themselves, and grow academically. Let's work together and unlock your full potential!
Outside of tutoring, I enjoy playing netball, weightlifting, baking, and focusing on self-care — not to mention spending time with my adorable cavoodle! I believe that building a connection with my students is key to creating a productive and supportive learning environment, and I look forward to getting to know you better as we work together towards your goals.
